James, a specialist in biomechanics and injury recovery from the Cotswolds, owns Jim’s Gym, a virtual online space supporting people over 55 to lead a more active life. Now he’s offering a podcast to complement his work.
“We know and often hear about the importance of staying active, but simply knowing isn’t enough. Everyone has their own motivations, and I’m hoping to encourage listeners to embrace an active lifestyle through the inspiring personal journeys of my guests,” said James.

Today, the couple runs a team of 27 people, working all over Wiltshire, Bath and surrounding areas. The business operates from premises on the Bumper’s Farm Industrial Estate.
